Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Request Period:
You can request a return within 3-4 days of receiving your order by emailing support@khayalcanvas.com

Order Details Required:
Please keep your Order ID or Invoice handy to initiate your return or exchange.

Condition of Item(s):
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
If any defect or issue is found in the returned article that wasn’t reported earlier, the return/exchange will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.

Return Shipping:
The cost of sending the product(s) back to our return address will be borne by the customer. These costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Wrong Item:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product (we’re truly sorry!), we’ll take care of the return shipping costs. Please notify us of any defect within 48 hours of delivery.

Used or Worn Items:
We do not accept used or worn articles.
However, for defective item complaints after washing or wearing, we allow up to 1 month for review and resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time:
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1–2 working days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

Original shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.

Shipping protection (if selected) is non-refundable.

Refund Timeline:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and reflect the refund.
