At Khayal Canvas, we pour our heart and creativity into every piece – from art-inspired T-shirts to vibrant stoles, Odhni, and statement tote bags. We want you to love what you receive, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

⚠️ No Exchanges, No Cancellations
Please choose your size carefully before placing your order. Once the order is shipped, it’s on its way to becoming your new favorite thing, and we cannot cancel it. We do not offer exchanges, so make sure you pick the right size the first time.

🛡️ Returns for Genuine Defects
We only accept returns if there’s a genuine defect in the product. To ensure a fair assessment, we kindly ask for an unboxing video as proof. This helps us verify the issue and process your return faster.

🚚 Responsibility After Shipping
Once your order is handed over to the courier company, it’s in their capable (hopefully gentle) hands. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. If your package arrives looking like it took the scenic route through a storm, please reach out to the courier company directly.

💰 Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
