Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are only applicable for items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags intact.

Products returned in a condition different from how they were delivered, or without prior communication of an issue, will not qualify for a refund.


Processing & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), the refund process will begin within 1–2 working days.

All refunds are issued using the same payment method used during checkout.

Please note that shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.


Defective or Damaged Items

In case your product arrives defective or damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the issue is verified and approved, your refund will be processed in full, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs.


International Orders – DHL / Duty Charges

If an international customer refuses to pay import duties or customs charges and the shipment is safely returned to us, we will issue a refund after deducting the original shipping fee and any return costs charged by the courier.

No refund can be issued if the package is destroyed or lost by the courier due to refusal of duty payment.


Refund Completion

Once your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to our support team.
